Viene a ser una muestra estadística (sin carácter científico), pero de alguna forma donde se puede conocer las apreciaciones de los comentaristas, más la evaluación de las reacciones.

"Living Eyes" is a power ballad recorded by the Bee Gees and was released in November 1981 as the second single and title track off the LP of the same name. It was written by Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb. The sound of this single was closer musically to the rest of the album than its predecessor, "He's a Liar".
The song starts in A minor with synthesizer played by Albhy Galuten blended with Barry's voice (mimicking the synthesizer line). On the verses, Barry sings low and high harmony.
"Living Eyes" was a top ten hit in Austria. It peaked at No. 45 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in late 1981; which marked the end of the Gibbs' Top 40 singles streak which began in 1975 with "Jive Talkin'".
On its promotional video, Barry, Robin and Maurice perform in front of an audience of children with Barry and Maurice on acoustic guitars while Robin was the only one that didn't play any instruments. The video was later premiered on Solid Gold.

"He's a Liar" was the first single from the Bee Gees album Living Eyes released on 19 September 1981. It had been approximately two years since the last Bee Gees single had been released. The song was written by brothers Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb.
Unlike the last three Bee Gees albums which included primarily their established, longstanding studio and touring band "He's a Liar" features an array of studio musicians: Don Felder of Eagles on lead guitars; Harold Cowart on bass; Steve Gadd on drums; and Richard Tee on piano. A version with a slightly longer intro was released as a 12-inch single in Germany and later on the Japan only compilation Rare Collection. It was recorded between the months of February and June 1981. This song is rumored to have been inspired by the feud the Bee Gees were having with their record manager, Robert Stigwood, at the time. The brothers would later reconcile with Stigwood and remain good friends.
Even though this song sounded nothing like the Bee Gees' disco-era singles, the backlash had pigeonholed the Bee Gees as a disco act and radio stations were reluctant to play any new Bee Gees music. After six consecutive number-one singles in the US, "He's a Liar" peaked at #30, which was a far cry from the dizzying heights of their success in the late '70s. However, the song did better in Greece, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and France.
In Italy the single sold 60,000 copies in two weeks. The song's only appearance at their compilations was at 1990's Tales from the Brothers Gibb. A video was made for the song which featured the three Gibb brothers and Sixteen Candles actress Haviland Morris. Robin portrays a man who is a lover of a woman, played by Haviland. However, Maurice spots the pair kissing, and he shoots them. After fleeing from the house, Maurice evades the police on foot, nearly getting caught. Eventually, he is cornered and thrown into a police car but manages to escape. In the last shot, a car drives down a darkened street and Maurice follows on foot, still being pursued by police. An ambulance with Robin and Haviland inside follows as the video and song fades out. The brothers also mime to the song in several shots.

"Paying the Price of Love" is the first single from the Bee Gees' 20th studio album, Size Isn't Everything (1993). The song reached the top 10 in Belgium and Portugal and the top 40 in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. In the United States, it charted on the Billboard Hot 100, reaching number 74, and peaked within the top 30 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. The promotional video for the song shows the brothers performing the song as holograms on a futuristic version of MTV.
Alan Jones from Music Week gave the song three out of five. He wrote, "Potently re-emerging at what seems like more regular intervals than Haley's Comet, the Bee Gees should be launched into another chart orbit by this, their first single for Polydor since the early Seventies. The brothers' sense of strong melodic material is still intact, as is Barry's falsetto. Keith Cohen's sparse house/jack remix should put this on the dancefloor and, with radio already taking the bait, a substantial hit is not out of the question."

Another possible single ‘How to Fall in Love’ was a good ballad sung by Barry rolling into a long repeating ending where the vocal is like the rhythm section to the instrumental parts. No other ‘part’ ever appeared. This song continues on the fantasy in High Civilisation even more explicitly of an older man and a much younger woman.

‘Overnight’ was not copyright until May 19, but the musician credits to Robbie Kondor and Rhett Lawrence would place it with the first few songs. Convincing Maurice to sing lead might have been the delay. On the demo Barry sings a falsetto lead. This is one of the better songs on the album and if they were doing them in order of merit that again would put it early.
The vocal arrangement makes excellent use of the three voices, with Maurice singing a fine lead on the two verses, choruses by all three with Barry’s falsetto loud and clear, and Robin singing a few lines solo toward the end. There are two edits from the demo: both times through, seven beats (and a line of vocal) are dropped before ‘you know I’m only human’ to improve the build-up to the chorus.

Copyright the same day as ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Shape of Things to Come’ was the Bee Gees’ contribution to the 1988 Olympics album. Barry was singing very strong on all the songs so far, and his lower range here sounds almost like Maurice. But he also takes this song up into a falsetto harmony reminiscent of ‘Stayin’ Alive’. The personnel credit on the Olympics album mentions only the three brothers.

In March 16 and 18 saw copyrights for "Backtafunk".
"Backtafunk" is a pretty good dance track with a catchy hook and a less obvious verse melody, the Barry special, and they probably had fun recording it. Arif Mardin gets a credit for synthesizer bass. Likewise ‘Live or Die’, while weaker on energy, is reasonable album filler, and Barry provided for a big ‘Bee Gees’ harmony chorus. Robbie Kondor is on both tracks.

"Hawks" is the soundtrack album for the film Hawks. All of the songs were performed by Barry Gibb (except the song "Chain Reaction", which was performed by Diana Ross).
All of the songs were written and recorded in 1986 by Barry for the unreleased Moonlight Madness album with the exception of "Childhood Days" and the instrumental "Celebration De La Vie". The songs "Where Tomorrow Is", "Not in Love at All" and "Letting Go" were not in the film and were noted on the CD as bonus track not featured in the film, Additionally these recordings of "Moonlight Madness", "Cover You" and "Celebration De La Vie" are not in the film either, but appear instead as instrumental versions.
The lead single "Childhood Days" was released in the UK but did not chart, it reached number 60 in Germany. "Not in Love at All" was included on a Brazilian promotional maxi-single on Mercury Records.

‘Love Never Dies’ and ‘Rings Around the Moon’ were written in 1994 and recorded for Love Songs in 1995. Robin is in fine voice on both of them. On ‘Love Never Dies’ he takes two dark verses up into a soaring declaration of hope, cutting over to Maurice’s commentary in a Lennon-like voice. The verses of ‘Rings Around the Moon’ were made for Robin’s more vulnerable sound, and with Barry he again sounds more hopeful than usual in the chorus. Reportedly ‘Love Never Dies’ was dropped from the album lineup as it was being compiled, and it is hard to see why. Fortunately both songs emerged from oblivion three years later into the semi-oblivion of non-album B sides.

"Heartbreaker" is a 1982 single released by American pop and soul singer Dionne Warwick. The song was written by Bee Gees' Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb, with Barry Gibb's backing vocal being heard on the chorus. It was released from her fourth Arista label studio album of the same name in 1982.
Warwick admitted in The Billboard Book of Number One Adult Contemporary Hits by Wesley Hyatt that she was not fond of "Heartbreaker" (regarding the song's international popularity, she quipped, "I cried all the way to the bank"), but recorded it because she trusted the Bee Gees' judgment that it would be a hit. It turned out to be Dionne's most successful solo hit of the 1980s. The Bee Gees recorded a version, with Barry Gibb on lead vocals, which was featured on the album Their Greatest Hits: The Record, as well as their Love Songs album.
Maurice Gibb, who was a co-writer of this song commented, "I cried my eyes out after we wrote it. I drove home and thought, 'We should be doing this one', and when she did it, it was brilliant. We sang on it, and it still became like a duet between the Bee Gees and Dionne Warwick".
The song reached the top of charts around the world and stands as one of Warwick's biggest career hits. It made the Top 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in January 1983. The track reached #14 on Billboard's R&B chart and was also Dionne's eighth #1 Adult Contemporary hit.
It was ranked as Billboard magazine's 80th biggest US hit of 1983. In the UK Singles Chart, the track reached number 2 for two weeks in November 1982.
Bee Gees version.
The Bee Gees' own version was recorded during the sessions for Still Waters in 1994. It was originally planned for an album called Love Songs to be released in 1995. It was eventually released in 2001 on Their Greatest Hits: The Record.
In 2004, J-pop singer Junichi Inagaki released a Japanese-language cover version of "Heartbreaker" on his album Revival II. In 2005, the German reggae-pop band Blue Lagoon included a cover version of "Heartbreaker" on their album Clublagoon.

Robin recorded four songs in England with Peter-John Vettese in 1999. Three of them were written before the solo break with Barry and Maurice including ‘Sensuality’ from 1998, which probably fell afoul of Polygram’s family listening rule for Bee Gees tunes and was not released. Robin wrote one by himself for the first time since 1972.
These Europop productions were hailed by Bee Gees fans as Robin’s best work in many years and the logical followup to ‘Fallen Angel’ (1993). Robin sings lead and backup vocals with Peter-John Vettese handling most of the rest including some additional backing vocals. Robin’s voice is loud and strong and he hits the emotional moments perfectly.
The powerful ‘Déjà Vu’ was on many fans’ wish lists for second single, although as a solo recording it was probably never a possible candidate. ‘Embrace’ has especially good lyrics about lovers separated and would work well even with an acoustic arrangement. ‘Promise the Earth’ was relegated to album bonus track but it is as strong as the other two.

Now Voyager is the second solo album to be recorded by Barry Gibb, although it was his first to be released. Now Voyager contains his biggest hits, "Shine, Shine" and "Fine Line". The album also included the Olivia Newton-John duet "Face to Face", which was released as a promo single. Gibb co-produced the album with Karl Richardson, who had been working with the Bee Gees since 1975.
Barry Gibb finally released his second solo album Now Voyager as he explained:
"It's something I always wanted to do, but I never quite felt confident enough to do it. The man who was really made me think seriously about it was Irving Azoff, who convinced me that there was possibly a market out there for me. As unhappy about it was we were at the time, we now appreciate why it didn't do well. We worked nine months on that album. That's crazy. I think you lose energy by doing that. The message has to be that we really can't take so long making albums. The business doesn't like to see its artists get too hot. I think the same thing may apply to Michael Jackson. As talented as the guy is, people will only hear something so many times and then they're ready for something else.
Keyboardist George Bitzer co-wrote songs on this album (except songs 4 and 10) as well as Barry's brothers Maurice co-wrote "I Am Your Driver", "Lesson in Love", "Temptation" and "The Hunter" and Robin also on the "The Hunter". Barry himself wrote two songs for the album "Shatterproof" and "She Says".
This album sounded like a Bee Gees album minus the harmonies of Robin and Maurice Gibb and throughout most of it, danceable rhythms and synthesizer work were noticeable. An example was the song "Fine Line".
He started to record demos in August 1983 with the track "I Wanna Go Home with You", and he continued to record from November to December 1983, with the songs "Face to Face", "The Hunter", "Fine Line", "One Night (For Lovers)" and "Illusions". The musicians who played on the demos were Maurice Gibb on guitar, bass and synthesizer, and George Bitzer on piano and synthesizer.
It was recorded at Middle Ear Studios, except for the string sweetening on a few tracks which was done at Ocean Way in Los Angeles. Recording was perhaps done in May in order to allow for filming the audio-visual version of the album. Filming was done in August. Albhy Galuten is notably absent from the production team as he left for California in 1983 after disagreeing with Barry Gibb on where to go next. Albhy wanted to break free from the studio straight jacket of recording tracks to mechanical beats and dubbing onto them. Instead he suggested that they rent a theater in New York City where Barry could do a series of live performances before audiences for a week, using all the session players they usually used. They would record all the shows and pick the best take of each new song. Barry did not want to do it and Albhy moved on, but Karl Richardson carried on. The musicians were played on the album were Michael Brecker (who also worked with Steely Dan, Herbie Hancock, Quincy Jones and others), Randy Brecker (who also worked with Frank Zappa, Bruce Springsteen and others). Roger Daltrey of The Who, Olivia Newton-John, Harry Wayne Casey of KC and the Sunshine Band and others sings backup on "Fine Line". Jimmie Haskell, who conduct the orchestra was also worked with Maurice earlier in 1984.
The album reached originally #72 in US Billboard 200 before dropping to #88, then #119 on 24 November 1984 and #148 on 1 December 1984. The album had three singles, including "Shine, Shine", "Fine Line" and the promo single "Face to Face".
He also released a full-length Now Voyager video. Several large posters for Now Voyager can been seen in the background of a record store in the Woody Allen film Hannah and Her Sisters. This Is Where I Came In is the twenty-second and final studio album by the English pop group the Bee Gees. It was released on 24 April 2001 by Polydor in the UK and Universal in the US, just less than two years before Maurice Gibb's unexpected death from a cardiac arrest during surgery to repair a twisted intestine.
It is the only album of all-new material released by them on the Universal Music label (which had acquired the rights to the group's releases on Polydor Records when they bought that label's parent PolyGram). The album peaked at No. 6 in the UK, while the single, "This Is Where I Came In", reached No. 18. In the US, the album peaked at No. 16. The group appeared on the A&E concert series Live by Request in April 2001 to promote the new album.
The brothers saw the album as a return to the original Bee Gees formula. The album marked the fifth decade of recording for the band. It was one of the first Bee Gees albums to be re-released on Reprise Records in 2006, when the brothers regained the rights to all of their recordings.
The album features main vocals from all three of the brothers, and employs a variety of musical styles. "This Is Where I Came In" recalls the rock/indie theme more commonly found on 1960s Bee Gees songs. "She Keeps on Coming" and "Voice in the Wilderness" have strong rock themes, while "Sacred Trust", "Just in Case" and "Wedding Day" continue the Bee Gees' trend for love songs. Two of Robin's songs, "Embrace" and "Promise The Earth" are Europop dance songs, while Barry's "Technicolor Dreams" is an exception to the rule, as it is an homage to the typical 1930s Tin Pan Alley melody. Maurice Gibb provides lead vocals for two songs, "Man in the Middle" and "Walking on Air". In the United Kingdom, two bonus tracks were published, "Just in Case" and "Promise the Earth" as well as other countries issued the album with 14 tracks.
One song in the album, "Sacred Trust" was recorded in early 1998 in Miami Beach. Around 1999, the Bee Gees recorded "I Will Be There" but only as a demo as they sent it to Tina Turner and she recorded it for her album Twenty Four Seven that same year. Maurice Gibb was busy producing songs for the band Luna Park. Also in 1999, three new Barry Gibb compositions "Technicolor Dreams", "Loose Talk Costs Lives" and "Voice in the Wilderness" were recorded as well as four new Maurice Gibb compositions but "Walking on Air" and "Man in the Middle" only were released. Also in 1999, the new Robin Gibb composition, "Embrace" was recorded. In October that year, the group recorded "Wedding Day". The next year 2000, the group recorded five more songs including the title track, "This Is Where I Came In".

"Moonlight Madness" was to have been Barry Gibb's second solo album (not counting his The Kid's No Good) but not released, and was produced by Barry Gibb and Karl Richardson. Some of the songs from this album were released and appeared on the soundtrack Hawks. The name of this album was originally When Tomorrow Comes then "My Eternal Love" and finally Moonlight Madness. A bootleg version exists, titled The Original Hawks. The disc features the entire unreleased album, as well as a number of bonus tracks. The songs "My Eternal Love", "Where Tomorrow Is" and "Letting Go" appeared in the UK version of the box set Tales from the Brothers Gibb.

"Love Is Blind" was intended for country singer Deana Carter but it ran afoul of a country music business prejudice against non-Nashville songwriters. After kicking around for a few years it was recorded by the Bee Gees’ old Australian friend Col Joye in 2002 and ultimately released in 2004 on his Along the Way album. In the meantime it was recorded by an Australian boy band called Human Nature who got their version to the shops before Col Joye did, also in 2004.
Also in 2004 the demo itself was made available on an American publisher’s promo CD set. It has Barry and Maurice on guitars, Maurice on keyboards and programming, and Barry on vocal. The song is excellent and would have shone on a Bee Gees (or Barry Gibb) album.

Maurice recorded four tracks. The two entirely by himself were put on the album, while the two with vocals by him and Samantha were set aside.
‘Walking on Air’ and ‘Man in the Middle’ are similar in style and arrangement. The programmed beats and overdubbed instruments come off as a little mechanical, and the many layers of vocal track do not offset it. Maurice had successfully done tracks all by himself before, but these do not have the homemade sound those did. He sounds afraid to expose his voice. On the album both tracks suffer the effects of the ‘loudness wars’ craze in CD engineering. Maurice often mixed his tracks quiet, but someone has boosted the volume causing excessive clipping and distortion that makes the sound harsh.
The idea of Maurice as the ‘man in the middle’ of the Bee Gees helped popularize the song by that title, but it is actually about a man letting people down and telling lies. Lyrically it is the follow-up to ‘The Bridge’, written by Maurice and both his children about their reconciliation after Maurice took control of his alcoholism. Sung mainly by Maurice, ‘The Bridge’ has one verse sung beautifully by Samantha and another managed with overdubs by non-singer Adam. Here Maurice’s voice is less distorted, and this and the unusually personal subject matter make a moving song that should have been released.
Possibly done at this time, or at some other date in 1999 or 2000, is yet another version of the unreleased 1995 song ‘Angel of Mercy’ sung about equally by Maurice and Samantha. To what end is unknown, since it fits in with neither his band nor hers. But they sound achingly wonderful together. It is sad that there can be no more of these. This is surely the definitive version of the song.

"Love You Inside Out" is a 1979 hit single for the Bee Gees, from their album Spirits Having Flown. It reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for one week in June 1979, interrupting Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff". It was the ninth and final number-one hit for the Bee Gees in the US. In the UK, the single peaked at no.13 for two weeks.

"Love You Inside Out" was a milestone single for the Bee Gees, helping them rewrite the history books in several ways when it reached number one on the US Billboard charts.
1.It was the group's ninth number one single in the U.S. (tenth if you include "Lonely Days", which reached number one on the Cashbox charts in 1971). That is the most number one singles of any artist during the 1970s.
2.It was The Bee Gees sixth consecutive number one single. The only other group to achieve this was The Beatles.
3.It was the third consecutive number one single from Spirits Having Flown, which followed three consecutive number one singles from their previous album Saturday Night Fever. No other artist has ever had three consecutive number one singles from two successive albums.
4.At the time, it placed them fourth among all artists with number one singles (9) and fourth in total weeks (27) at number one.
Billboard picked "Love You Inside Out" as one of the best cuts in Spirits Having Flown. The song debuted at #28 in the United Kingdom.

"Eaten Alive" is a 1985 single released by Diana Ross on the RCA label. It was the first release off her Eaten Alive album, which was ultimately a critical and commercial failure in the states, but, did reach Top 10-Top 20 rankings in a few European countries like Norway and The Netherlands.
The song was written by Barry Gibb, Maurice Gibb and Michael Jackson the latter also co-producing with Barry and his team. Jackson and Barry Gibb can be heard singing in the background of the song with Jackson at times co-singing lead with Ross. The song was a disappointment in the United States, peaking at #77 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, although it fared much better on the R&B singles chart - where it reached the Top 10 - helped by BET's heavy rotation of the music video.
In the song's original copyright registration from 11 March 1985 it was credited to Barry Gibb and Maurice Gibb. It was not until Michael Jackson heard the demo of it that he suggested the chorus could be improved. The second copyright registration was filed on 1 June 1985 (the same day that Diana performed a sold-out concert at Joe Louis Arena in her hometown of Detroit) with the note ‘words and music in the choruses have been completely rewritten’.

The song was recorded November or December 1982 just after the recording sessions of Robin Gibb's How Old Are You? with Maurice participated playing several instruments. The song was recorded around the same time as "I Love You Too Much".[1]
"Someone Belonging To Someone" and the instrumental version of "I Love You Too Much" would become the second single off the Staying Alive soundtrack. Robin and Maurice are not clearly present on either of these songs. The musicians are not credited on the sleeve, but the single credits David Sanborn for the sax solo. Years later Albhy Galuten recalled only that they were some of the usual session players they liked to use.
In the liner notes to the 1990 box set, Tales from the Brothers Gibb, the Bee Gees describe the song as a "fair ballad from a silly film". The Bee Gees would not release a follow-up single until 1987 when "You Win Again" was released.

"Chain Reaction" is a melodic R&B song, sung by Diana Ross, and written by the Bee Gees, who also provided the backing vocals for the single. The track was released on the album Eaten Alive in 1985 and as a single twice - in 1985 and again in 1986.
According to the Gibbs biography, the brothers had initial reservations about offering the song to Ross in case it was too Motown-like for her.
The single became her second No. hit in the UK Singles Chart and passed gold status for sales in excess of 500,000 copies. The song also reached No. 1 in Australia and was the top selling single of the year (1986) in that country. In New Zealand, it peaked at No. 3. In 1993 the song broke the UK top 20 again.
The song fared poorly in the US where it initially peaked at No. 95 on the Billboard Hot 100 late in 1985. A few months later, a remixed version of the song was issued as a single (Ross performed this version of the song on the American Music Awards, which she hosted that year). The new version re-entered the chart and performed better, but with the diminished momentum, it stalled at No. 66. Nearly thirty years later, it stands as Ross's last appearance on the Hot 100.
In 1993, Diana Ross released "Chain Reaction '93". Producing the remix herself, the single was also successful in the United Kingdom. This version's purely instrumental sound differs it from the original. A music video was not recorded for the song.

"Immortality" is a single from Céline Dion's album Let's Talk About Love. It was released on June 8, 1998 outside the United States. The Bee Gees can be heard on the background vocals, and are credited as special guests on/for the recording.[1]
"Immortality" was composed especially for Céline Dion by brothers Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb, and Maurice Gibb, the members of the Bee Gees, and was produced by Walter Afanasieff. A demo version of the song featuring just the brothers can be found on subsequent greatest hits albums of the Bee Gees.
There are two music videos. The first one, directed by Scott Floyd Lochmus, shows Céline Dion and the Bee Gees in the recording studio in 1997. It was included as a bonus on the Au cœur du stade DVD. The second one was directed by Randee St. Nicholas and released at the end of July 1998. This more elaborate video deals with themes of love, loss and reincarnation, with a cameo from the Bee Gees themselves.
The song was a commercial success reaching number 2 in Austria and Germany, number 4 in Europe, number 5 in the United Kingdom, and number 8 in Switzerland. In Brazil, the Cuca mixes became very popular. However, the track was never released as a single in the United States.

"I Can't See Nobody" is a song by the Bee Gees, released first as the B-side of "New York Mining Disaster 1941". With "New York Mining Disaster 1941", this song was issued as a double A in Germany and Japan.
It was written by Barry and Robin Gibb in 1966 while they were in Australia. Maurice Gibb has sometimes been listed as a cowriter for the song. 1976's "Bee Gees Gold, Vol. 1" listed Maurice's name on the album cover and on the label as cowriter. According to Nat Kipner, the song was recorded at St. Clair Studios. Robin has said that it was written in Brisbane, Australia, where the band toured in November 1966, but that the first version was not released. At the Bee Gees' 1st sessions, this song was recorded on March 7, with remixing and overdubbing on March 13. Some may have felt Robin's soulful vocal was an acquired taste, but it conveys the song's emotional impact very well. The Gibb brothers' harmony voices was featured on the final chorus, on the line I can't see nobody, no i can't see nobody, my eyes can only look at you, you, and Bill Shepherd's string arrangement pours it on, and this track was a little masterpieces. Robin's voice was on this track was higher than the other songs on the album, especially on the line Don't ask me why.
The song was covered in 1968 by Nina Simone and released in the United Kingdom as the B-side of "To Love Somebody" -- another cover by Simone lifted from the Bee Gees' 1st album. The two songs were included on her 1969 album To Love Somebody.
The British rock duo The Marbles covered the song in August 1969, releasing it in Germany and France with their cover of the Bee Gee's "Little Boy" as the B-side. The song was included in 1970 on their only album, The Marbles -- along with four other Bee Gee covers.

"On Time" is a song written by Maurice Gibb and recorded by the Bee Gees released in early 1972 as the B-side of the single "My World". The single was released as a double A in the UK, Mexico, Spain and in Yugoslavia. In Mexico, the song was released under the title "A Tiempo". The song was released in 1971 in other countries like France, Germany and Italy.
It was recorded on 21 October 1971 in London, the day that they finished the song "Alive", which is included on their ninth album called To Whom It May Concern. The swamp rocker "On Time" was one of Maurice's favorites, this being the first of three recordings he made of it. Maurice and guitarist Alan Kendall share a few tracks of acoustic and electric guitars, accompanied by Geoff Bridgford on drums and string arrangement by Bill Shepherd that should not fit in, but does. "On Time" was only available on vinyl until it was included in the 1990 box set Tales from the Brothers Gibb.
In 1972, Mike Berry and Bob Saker cover the song from their album Drift Away was released in 1973 and also Maurice play bass on this song and the whole album.
In 1983, Maurice re-recorded "On Time" for the film A Breed Apart, but it was the 1972 Bee Gees recording that was used in the film. and the version sounds like a home demo with guitars and drum track. The several guitar tracks may include a contribution from Alan Kendall. And that version was recorded on Middle Ear, Miami Beach, Florida.
In 2012, the song was performed by Steve Gibb during his father, Barry Gibb's, concert at the Hard Rock in Miami, and In 2013, the song was performed by Steve during Mythology Tour in Australia.

Ronan Keating was recording his first solo album in 1999. He wrote 'Lovers and Friends' with Barry and Maurice in August, and returned to record it with them in November. Robin was not involved at either time.
The song was expected to appear on his Ronan album (July 2000). Ronan mentioned recording with Barry and Maurice in interviews to within weeks of release date, and he thanks them in the CD booklet, but the song itself was missing. The last minute change of lineup was never explained. This recording with Ronan on lead vocal was finally released in 2005 on the Bee Gees album Love Songs, the only title included that was not a Bee Gees record.

"Secret Love" fue la cancion por la cual yo me hice muy fanatico de Los Bee Gees, tenia 13 años en 1991 y jugaba al futbol en San Lorenzo de Almagro, y yendo a entrenar junto con mi tio Manuel en el colectivo 101 todas las tardes mientras viajaba, sonaba "secret Love", ya que era el nuevo HIT de ese año y sonaba bastante seguido y desde que lo escuche por primera vez me encanto ! Mas tarde en 1998, 17 de Octubre fui a ver a Los Bee Gees a La Cancha de Boca y pude hacer realidad mi sueño de poder verlos de muy cerca, en el 2005, 25 de Noviembre, fui a ver a Robin Gibb en el Estadio Luna Park, donde junto a mi hermano, pude darle la mano a Robin.
Con los años, buscando si existia algun remix de "Secret Love", me di cuenta que no y me anime a realizar uno propio, espero sea del agrado de todo fanatico, como lo es para mi !!!

Lo que nos ha sido negado por Capitol Records, que como dice el dicho, más fue ‘’la bulla que la cabuya’’ cuando se comprometió tras la firma de un acuerdo mundial para que toda la discografía del grupo, 22 discos, más recopilaciones, temas inéditos y bandas sonoras, entre ellas ''Saturday Night Fever'', estén en el mítico sello que ahora pertenece a Universal Music Group. En los informativos se dio a conocer lo siguiente:
‘’En los próximos meses la discográfica comenzará a mover el enorme catálogo del grupo, haciendo campañas de marketing y probablemente reediciones de los discos, aunque muchos de ellos, sobre todo de la primera época, 1967-1969 y de la etapa Warner, 1987-1991, ya han tenido tratamientos especiales, así como el recopilatorio Greatest de 1979 y Saturday Night Fever que fueron reeditados en 2007’’.
Precisamente nada de esto se ha visto, un acuerdo ratificado por Barry Gibb y los herederos de Maurice y Robin Gibb.
